Lọc gió máy nén khí Kobelco là bộ phận nằm ngay cửa hút, có chức năng bảo vệ máy nén khí khỏi các tác động bụi bẩn từ môi trường bên ngoài. Để lọc gió hoạt động hiệu quả, cần thực hiện vệ sinh và thay thế theo định kỳ. Thông thường chúng ta cần vệ sinh lọc gió định kỳ theo tuần, theo tháng và nên thay thế lọc gió trong khoảng 2000 – 3000 giờ sử dụng. Nếu môi trường nhiều bụi bẩn thì nên thay lọc gió sớm hơn. Đối với dòng lọc gió OEM, không nên sử dụng lọc gió quá 6 tháng để đảm bảo sự vận hành của máy.

Each compressor requires well-timed service. Under the service means change the oil, replacement of the oil and air filter, separator, check the belt tension (if it is not the compressor with direct drive), lubrication of the bearings, different type of the valve checking, replacement of the valves if necessary. Also according to the operational manual it is necessary to replace inlet valve repairing kit, minimum pressure valve, thermostat valve and return valve.

Types of the service include:

ТО 1:

- Cleaning of the external surfaces of the cooling oil and air modules,

- The air and oil filters replacement,

- Oil replacement,

- The thermostatic valve check.

ТО 2:

- Cleaning of the external surfaces of the cooling oil and air modules,

- Air and oil filters replacement,

- Oil replacement, motor bearings lubrication,

- The thermostat valve check,

- Separator replacement,

- The solenoid valves revision.

ТО 3:

- Replacement of all spare parts according to the ТО 2,

- The intake valve service kit replacement,

- The minimum pressure valve replacement,

- The thermostatic valve replacement,

- The belts and high pressure hoses replacement.

According to the compressor model and brand, periods of time for services: ТО1, ТО2 and ТО3 are stated in the operational manual. As usually, service period for the compressor equipment is 2000 working hours.
