1. 1. The pump operates but the compressor cannot start.

- Impact of high pressure switch.
 + High-pressure relay interrupts but  it has not been reset. Check then  Reset.
 + The connection point is broken. Check for repair or replacement.
- Impact of oil pressure switch.
+ Not returning the old position. Checking then returning to the old position.
 + The connection point is broken. Check, repair or replace.
- Impact of  antifreeze switch.
 + Not returning the old position. Test then returns the old location.
 + The connection point is broken. Check for repair or replacement
- Impact of overloaded compressor relay.    

5.Overheated air compressor. The protective equipment does not work.
+ Temperature of air in cooling  block. Ajust the  aperture of  throttle valve. 
 +The pressure on the high pressure side is too low. Let  high pressure incease  to 13kg 
 + The pressure on the low side is tô low. Check and improve. 

6. Stop air compressor after starting relay.

- Stop air compressor after starting relay. The fuse on the high pressure is effected.  

 + Close the cooling water pipes,  all open valve. 
+ Fan of cooing tower do not work. Check and repair. 
+ Water cooling pump or fan motor of cooling tower run opposite direction. Change 1 in 2 phases of 3 phases power supply. 
+ Insufficient coolng water or failed cooling tower, the temperature of inlet or outvlet oil is too difference. Clean the piping filter or replace the pumps, change the pipeline to increase the flow of water
 + Dirty condenser. Using chemical to clean the cooling pipies. 
 + One way valve of high presure side has unopened. All open this valve. 
+ The amount of cool gas is  excessively added. Discharge gas in system      
  +The switch is not correct or broken. Adjust pressur, reset or replace. 

-The compressor suddenly tops or switches the high pressure after starting relay. 
 + Cool gas pipes is deformed and clogged. Clean the filter, check and replace. 
+ The inlet and outlet water pipies is opposite connection. Replace the pipies. 
- The compressor suddenly tops or the low pressure is affected ( too low ) after starting relay. 
 + Suction valve or filling valve closed or unopened. Open all valves.
 +Leakage of cool gas. Check the leakage and repair it.
 + Insufficient cool gas. Add cool gas. 
 + The filter is clogged. Charge cool gas, change the filter. 
 + Solinoid valve is broken . Charge cool gas, replace solinoid valve
+ Throttle valve is broken. Chargr cool gas and replace cool gas. 
+ The low presure switch is broken. Check, maintain or replace. 

-The compressor suddenly stops , switch the over current relay  after starting relay. 
 +Overloaded ontage is not adjusted accurately. Adjust parameters
 + Operation is in lack phase. Check, repair the main power line.
 + Abnormal voltage. Improve vontage. 
+ The motor is broken. Check, repair or replace. 
 + The operating pressure is too high. Check and maintain system. 

- The compressor suddenly stops.  Relay protecting compressor coil  is overheated after starting relays. 
+ Compressor is broken. Check and repair. 
 + Failed contact. Check, repair or replace. 
- Compressor suddenly stops, the anti-freeze switch is affected after starting relay. 
+ The amount of cold water is too small, making the output water temperature too low. Check the pump and discharge the air in the water pipe.
+ The temperature of switch is too low or damaged. Reset the installation point or replace it.
+ The anti-freeze switch installed is not correct or broken. Reset the installation point or replace it.

7. High pressure is too low. The protective equipment is not working. 

 + Insufficient cool gas. Add cool gas. 
 + Conpressor valve is broken. Replace.
+ Temperature of cooling water is too low . Increase  temperature of cooling water. 
 + Low presure is too low.
8.Low pressure is too high.  Protective equipment is not working.

 + Cool load is too high. Adjust load. 
 + Compressor capacity decrease . Check and replace. 
 + Throttle valve is fully open. Adjust again. 
 + Automatic capacity adjustment mechanism is not correct. Check for maintenance or replacement.
 +The amount of cool gas is excessive. Reduce cool gas. 

9. Vibration, abnormal noise . Protective equipment is not working.
+ Compressor is broken. Check for maintenance or replacement.
+ Cool air compressor is leaked. Check the throttle, check the leakage.
+ Compressor loses oil or low lubrication quality. Check and add enough lubricating oil, replace it.
+ The muffler is broken. Renewed.
+ The fixed unit or the screw is broken. Assemble, strengthen them.
+ Assemble  the pipes  incorrectly. Reassemble or add pylons
+Electromagnetic switch contacts are in bad contact, have strange objects, or broken screws. Check, clean or re-fix.
