How to detect the failure of bearing?

Operating and using process of  air compressors (in particular) and machinery equipment using bearings (in general). If a bearing is damaged during operation, it will lead to the entire machine or equipment being damaged. Once the bearings are damaged prematurely or cause unexpected incidents, it is important to be able to identify and predict the failures before processing, so that timely corrective actions can be taken.

Normally, checking bearings can identify the cause of damage. Common causes of bearings failure are poor lubrication, incorrect fitting and removal, choosing incorrect bearings, uncarefully learning about the axis and the bearings. The cause can also be determined by considering the operation of the bearing before it fails, analyzing the lubrication and installation situation and carefully watching the damaged bearings.

  In some cases the bearings are damaged quickly, however this early failure is different from others caused by scab. Bearing damage is divided and classified into two types of failure: premature failure of bearings and natural damage due to metal contact.
